The most important fact that I have learned, is that I am where I am, right now, this moment, because of the decisions that I made in my past, probably from psych. 101. I also found out that if I don't like where I am in my life, if I don't like my life, all I need to do is change, change the way I believe and change the way that I think. I know that I can't look outside myself and stuff like bigger houses, more expensive cars, more toys won't work. I also know that where ever I go, I will still be the same me as where I just was, if I don't make some actual changes. Your life is yours, what you make of it is up to you, so look for openings for change and if you want to --- change!
There may be some challenges, however, within each challenge is an opportunity to look within yourself to look for solutions and real change. There is so much information available now to facilitate change and know that real knowledge is power, so get some. It will be easier to change parts of your life than the whole thing, but start somewhere. I suggest starting with just you as you think of and relate to you. Learn to like yourself. Be honest, have you ever heard of doing the same thing the same way over and over and over and expecting new/improved results each time? Good luck with that. Butch
