OK, now that you think more about what you like than what you don't like make a list of things that would truly change/improve your life. This list will include only things/activities that will empower you and not take the power away from, harm or dis-empower others and it will not include your job, where you are or anything that can be purchased.
Now make a list of what you truly believe and make it as long as possible. Then, make a list of your beliefs that don't belong to someone else and that may be dogma. Then a list of beliefs that are yours and that can be difficult because many of our beliefs come from parents, friends, employers, advertisements and even or specially the government.
I really don't expect you to make all of these lists, you can if you want and they will be helpful on your journey to you, " I ". These exercises and even just thinking of them will start you questioning who you are and the answer to that question is, you are energy and you are a part of everything. You are the observer of what you think, believe and do. You are the space between your thoughts.
