"It's become appallingly clear that our technology has surpassed our Humanity." You remember that from "Powder", a great movie by Victor Salva, about an unfortunate young man who was different from all others, much more intelligent and was capable of using some extra human abilities. Powder was an extra special individual.
Most have not heard of Neuroplasticity, the ability for the brain to adapt and change to meet the demands of the individual who has it (simplified definition). If the individual enjoys reality TV, professional sports, gossip, creating problems, social drama, watches network news, actually believes the government or, the list goes on, the Neuroplasticity of their brains will conform to that/their list (true and frightening). An individuals brain can become anything and an individual can learn to do and be anything by using their brain (again simplified). So why not do something with your brain that will actually make your life, your fellow humans, your country, your world better? Check out "The Living Wellness" , it's about health self-empowerment, what a concept. I write of individual self-empowerment. Butch
