This is a picture of a display in the front of a small town business that depicts the amounts of sugar contained in some popular drinks. It is a good visual of what "many" people drink regularly, or at least a few times a day, every day. We in the U.S. consume an average of about 150 pounds of sugar per individual, a year (I believe that to be a conservative amount). Sugar is added to just about "everything" and it is rare for sugar to not be added to processed food. Thanks for the picture John.
Heart Disease, Alzheimer Disease, Yeast Infections, Thrush, Diabetes, Immune Dysfunction and, and, etc., and all have a close connection to SUGAR. Some are saying that Sugar may be a major cause of these maladies. Sugar is listed as an ingredient in what ever it is a part of, yes a can of green beans very likely has sugar added and it is listed as an ingredient. Energy drinks and of course "soda pop" type drinks (most of them that is) contain LARGE amounts of sugar.
So, Health tip of the lifetime, start limiting your intake of sugar and as your addiction to sugar subsides, eliminate most of the sugar from your diet. Your health will improve and your future will be brighter. Robert Brown
