Heart, Cardiovascular Disease, What “I” Did
Heart or any type of cardiovascular disease was not in my mind. I had always worked out, eaten the proper and good foods (organic, etc.), so why did I have a serious cardiovascular incident at work. The good food and exercise is true up until about five years ago (it’s been about two years since I had my incident) and for about three years, I had been on an extended vacation, not exercising and not eating the right stuff, then I decided to go back to work. The rest is history, I got very dizzy, passed out, the paramedics were called and I was at work. To make a long story short, I refused treatment and was driven home (after signing all the forms), because I know what had just taken place and what “I” needed to do.
The night I had my serious incident, I took Hawthorn, B complex, Mothers Wart, Potassium, Lecithin and Green Tea. I was scheduled to have the next two days off from work, I continued with my nutrients and went back to work on the third day. (this is what I did)
I started drinking a greens drink, Cod Liver Oil, started again with my protein drink, continued with my nutrients, started using Magnesium Chloride Oil three times a day and got back into meditating. I used the Magnesium Chloride for six months then switched to Serra Peptase for another five months. I am now free of cardiovascular problems. I do continue with nutrients and prevention. My out of pocket expense was about $500.00. Compare this to the cost of medical procedures and ongoing prescriptions that an acquaintance who had the same symptoms that I did (he went the common medical route, open heart surgery medications/drugs, etc.), his expenses are about $80,000.00 for the first year. And, the prescription drugs and other procedures, go on and on. Insurance will not pay the alternative health care costs and will pay the medical. Is there a real concern in the medical control complex for health and cost containment or are profits the main concern?
There isn't a great deal of money in preventive/alternative health care, not true, there is a lot of money, however, that money is ours, not theirs.
My cardiovascular problems are now a part of my past. I rarely drink coffee, (I do like coffee), drink four cups of green tea every day, my protein drink every other day and my greens drink every other day. My daily routine (most of what I do): I have a 40 hour per week physically demanding job for most of my exercise, 50mg B complex, Niacinamide (250 mg 2 - 3 times per day), D 3 2,000iu, 2 tbs. Cod Liver Oil, Cayenne, Turmeric, Garlic, real yogurt and real food, I don't drink or use milk, I do eat free range eggs every day, Lecithin, plenty of protein, vegetables and I use very (very) little sugar. I rarely eat out. Most important, I believe in what I am doing and I know I am responsible for my health, I accept the responsibility and I know I have the control. “This works for me” and you may want to think about prevention/alternatives to the medical!
